How far ahead should we book?
Full planning: 9 to 18 months for weddings, 3 to 6 months for corporate. Day-of coordination: at least six weeks, because we need time to learn your plan and meet your vendors.
Do you take commission from vendors?
No. Our fee is flat and agreed up front. Any vendor discount we negotiate goes to you, and we show you every quote we collect.
What happens on the discovery call?
Twenty minutes with the planner you chose. We ask about date, guest count, budget and what matters most, then tell you honestly which package fits, or whether you need us at all.
Do you work outside Charleston?
Yes, anywhere in the Lowcountry at no extra charge, and destination events with travel billed at cost.
What if we need to cancel or postpone?
Postponements move with you once at no fee. Cancellations keep the retainer; anything paid beyond that is refunded on a sliding scale in your contract.
